AGENT KEEPER TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the user ("User") and Agent Keeper, a transaction management copy service ("Agent Keeper"). By accessing or using the Agent Keeper service, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

If you have any questions about these Terms or the Services, contact litative and administrative aspects of real estate transactions. It is explicitly clarified that these services do not require any type of real estate license to perform.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Accuracy of Information: The User is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the Transaction Coordination services.

2.2 Compliance with Laws: The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to real estate transactions and any other relevant legal requirements.

3. AGENT KEEPER'S ROLE

3.1 Non-Licensed Service: Agent Keeper provides Transaction Coordination services without the need for a real estate license. However, it is the User's responsibility to ensure that all necessary licensed professionals are involved in the transaction when required by applicable laws.

3.2 No Legal Advice: Agent Keeper does not provide legal advice. The User is encouraged to seek professional legal counsel for any legal matters related to their real estate transactions.

4. PAYMENT AND FEES

4.1 Fees: The User agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the pricing plan selected by the User.

4.2 Payment Authorization: By using Agent Keeper, the User authorizes the agreed-upon fees to be charged to the provided payment method.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

Agent Keeper takes the privacy and security of User information seriously. The details of how information is collected, used, and protected are outlined in the Agent Keeper Privacy Policy.

6. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the User will be responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Agent Keeper provides its services "as is" and makes no representations or warranties regarding the effectiveness or accuracy of the Transaction Coordination services. We use third party providers for insurance quotes and utility services. These providers are governed by their own respective terms of service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Agent Keeper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services.

9. AMENDMENTS

Agent Keeper reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, and any such amendments will be effective upon posting the updated Agreement on the Agent Keeper website.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using Agent Keeper, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
